Where we deliver
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery charge
Standard UK delivery is £4.95 per order unless a different charge is shown before checkout.
Made-to-order items
Many NockWorks products are made or assembled to order. The expected production or dispatch period will be stated on the product page before purchase. Orders containing several items may be held until every item is ready unless we agree otherwise.
Delivery times
Any delivery date is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Unless another period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you with the available options.
Address accuracy and missing deliveries
Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order. If an order has not arrived within the expected period, contact info@nockworks.com with your order number.
Damage in transit
If a parcel or product arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item where possible and contact us promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected if damage is not visible at the time of delivery.
